More than 350 years of history
along the water
Built in 1666 on Lake Val d’Oignin, the Moulin du Pont has stood the test of time thanks to the determination of the Gindre family. Moved before the Charmine dam was flooded and turned into a restaurant in 1967, this storied place now combines the authenticity of a former watermill with the standards of a gourmet table.
In 2023, Philippe Gindre took over the management of the Moulin du Pont, carrying on the family story and bringing new momentum to this emblematic address.
Treat yourself to a timeless interlude, where the estate’s fascinating history mingles with the gentle murmur of the river.
